What is your price per square foot?
As a custom builder we don't have a set price per square foot. The cost varies depending on the floor plan, architectural designs, and elevations. There are many factors involved in pricing your custom built home. We are a true cost plus builder fee.
What is your building time?
Our building time is currently averaging 6-8 months.
Where do you build?
Currently, we are building in the following areas: Aledo, Granbury, and Weatherford. However, if you wish to build on your own lot, we can build within a 20-mile radius of Forth Worth.
Do you have any lots available?
Currently we do not have any available lots to build on. However, we can assist you in finding a lot to build on.
Do you have any spec homes available?
We currently have two homes that will be available in summer 2024. See spec home page for more information.
